I have a lot more respect for frogs now. I'm also very hungry. I can't seem to eat enough. Who wants to get something to eat with me? Or go for a swim? Up for swim, Lily? You should be pretty good at it by now!

I'm going to need help with my costume the day of the party. I can't paint myself green.
I'm starting to feel stir crazy.
This ship is lacking in one crucial fall-time element. Trees. Well, trees with multi-coloured leaves. When I was a kid, after I had picked all the leaves I wanted to press and keep forever, I used to bury myself in leaves and not move until someone came to drag me out. There's no leaves here and it's no fun at all. I could do that in the ball pit but it isn't as much fun.
I want pie. This ship doesn't have very good pie. My house-elf used to make the best pie. It's too bad Winky didn't arrive with my things.
I should probably learn to dance. I need someone to teach me to dance.

Bella made me come out of the library. And shower. She said I smelled like a dead rat. I don't think I smelled bad. I used some cleaning spells. But she made me come out. And I ate. And then I went shopping. And I slept. Or maybe I slept and then went shopping. I don't remember. But I'm not in the library anymore. I read everything. Well, I read everything non-fiction. And most of the tabloids. And I met a pretty girl. She has hair like orange roses and skin like white callas. And now I'm going to eat again. I forgot to eat since I got here so I'm trying to catch up.

I thought perhaps I should introduce myself. Or whatever the proper term here might be. I'm Barty Crouch Jr. If you need me I will be in the library for as long as it takes to catch up on all I've missed. Feel free to track me down, but don't expect much conversation. I'll emerge when I'm more aware of the the future.
